主要从事胃肠动力疾病的研究.经过多年的临床积累，对消化科常见病多发病的诊断及治疗有着丰富临床经验。熟练掌握了食管测压术、肛管直肠测压术、食管酸反流检测术、胃胆汁反流的检测术、胃及直肠感觉测定术、胃电图等消化功能的诊疗技术，以及肝硬化腹水回输术、食道支架成形术、超声导向经皮肝穿注射无水酒精治疗肝癌等技术。 现任泰州市人民医院消化科副主任。医学博士。主要参与完成'与美国德克萨斯州大学医学部消化实验室合作项目'"外源性胃电起搏对胃动力的影响的研究"；参与完成'国家自然科学基金资助项目'"外源性胃电起搏调控胃肌电慢波的神经机制的研究"；参与完成'留学回国人员科研启动基金资助项目'"肠神经系统在胃电起搏调控胃肌电慢波活动中的作用"；参与"血管活性肠肽对胃腺癌的发生发展影响的研究"。2004年参加在美国举办的世界胃肠动力大会，并获得由美国动力协会（AMS）颁发的"青年研究奖"(Young Investigate Award)。 在国内外各类专业杂志发表文章二十余篇，其中在国外主要发表的文章有《Effects of two-channel Gastric Electrical Stimulation with pulses Train on Gastric Slow Wave and Gastric Emptying in dogs》（Scan J Gastroentrology）；《Gastric Electrical Stimulation to Accelerate Gastric Emptying of Solids: How Many Channels are the Best? 》（Gastroenterology）；《Effects of Multi-channel Gastric Electrical Stimulation with Long Pulses on Gastric Emptying》（Digestive Diseases and Sciences）；《Two-channel Gastric Electrical Stimulation Accelerates Delayed Gastric Emptying Induced by Vasopressin.》（Digestive Diseases and Sciences）；《Treatment of Gastric Dysrhythmia and Emesis with Gastric Electrical Stimulation: What is the Optimal Parameter Setting?》（Gastroenterology）.
